About the job
Supports the migration of Personal Loans servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle systems to a third-party platform, coordinating integration delivery, validation, governance, and cross-functional work.
What you'll do
- Support integration lifecycle activities, including documenting business rules and requirements and helping design back-office processes.
- Validate operational processes and system integrations before and during cutover; maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, resolve or escalate issues, and help keep integration milestones on track.
