Coordinates partner onboarding and program execution for Capital One’s Smart Step-Up identity platform, tracking delivery milestones and aligning partners with product, technology, architecture, and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Track partner milestones, status, metrics, and roadmap commitments through intake, development, testing, and launch.
- Advise line-of-business partners on identity solutions and integration patterns, and align implementation plans with product and technology teams.
- Maintain operating models, intake templates, KPI dashboards, and release and sprint tracking with Architecture and Engineering.
