About the job
Leads end-to-end corporate real estate transactions across Capital One’s portfolio, negotiating deals and coordinating brokers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Execute acquisitions, dispositions, extensions, rightsizing, and in-building expansions; manage broker activity, deal milestones, and pipeline reviews.
- Structure and negotiate LOIs, leases, amendments, and subleases; evaluate market data, proposals, and financial analyses.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and Lease Administration to develop strategies, address deal obstacles, and meet operational needs.
