What you'll do
- Originate mandates and build senior relationships with private equity sponsors, executives, and corporate clients.
- Lead structuring, pricing, execution, and investor placement for complex private-market transactions, including sponsor-led secondary solutions.
- Manage and develop junior bankers and help grow the Capital Solutions platform.
