Advises business teams on SOX and financial reporting risks, leading risk assessments, control evaluation, remediation, and reporting across lines of business.
What you'll do
- Lead SOX risk management activities, including scoping, risk assessment, control design and testing, deficiency analysis, reporting, and quarterly certifications.
- Coordinate with business partners, risk teams, auditors, and executives on identified issues, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
- Support risk assessments, major projects, regulatory change, business and technology transformation, and control-performance reporting.
