What you'll do
- Develop NLP and machine learning models from design through implementation, including training, evaluation, and validation.
- Apply open-source LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks to business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver HR tools and AI products and translate analysis into business outcomes.
