Acts as a strategic learning consultant for Credit College, translating business priorities into effective credit learning solutions and overseeing their alignment with learner and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Analyze performance gaps and scope credit learning opportunities based on business priorities.
- Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and delivery partners to develop and maintain relevant curricula.
- Monitor program execution and use feedback and metrics to assess and improve learning impact.
