What you'll do
- Translate business needs and measurement strategies into learning solutions across self-paced, instructor-led, virtual, and job-aid formats.
- Manage complex learning portfolios, partner with business and creative stakeholders, and use prototyping and feedback to improve solutions.
- Innovate learning design processes, establish best practices, and mentor others to improve quality and scalability.

$108,900 - $124,300 USD annual base salary (McLean, VA); $98,900 - $112,900 USD annual base salary (Richmond, VA)
