About the job
Leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Capital One’s 90-day Product onboarding program for new Product Managers and internal transfers.
What you'll do
- Own the program’s day-to-day execution, annual strategy, and iteration, including live session production and virtual and in-person logistics.
- Coordinate executive speakers, subject matter experts, facilitators, stakeholders, program communications, budgets, and learner data.
- Analyze surveys and cohort retrospectives to measure impact and implement data-backed curriculum and process improvements.
