Recruit and manage professional candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, advising hiring partners and improving recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offers.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other sourcing techniques; guide candidates through selection and closing.
- Use recruiting data to update leadership and HR partners, collaborate across the recruiting team, and contribute to projects that improve the candidate experience.
