Provides onsite technology operations and end-user support, resolves technical issues, and helps maintain reliable services for a geographically dispersed workforce.
What you'll do
- Support end users and manage IT incidents, changes, problems, knowledge, endpoints, and business controls, with a focus on laptops and mobile devices.
- Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards; identify incidents and escalate issues to restore service.
- Document recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
