Develop machine-learning models and real-time decision systems that improve claims processing and help customers resolve payment issues faster.

Partner with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and product managers to deliver customer-facing products.
Analyze large volumes of numeric and textual data using statistical and machine-learning methods.
Build models across design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience; or master’s degree in a quantitative field or quantitative MBA plus 3 years of data analytics experience; or PhD in a quantitative field.
Experience building, validating, and backtesting models, with knowledge of statistical and machine-learning methods.
