What you'll do
- Lead smaller process-improvement work and collaborate on larger initiatives; identify and implement improvements to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Collect data and use analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leaders and executives; lead risk assessments and audit or exam responses.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and partner with project customers as a subject matter expert to deliver improvements.
