Leads the Growth & Acquisitions Design team to shape and deliver business card and software growth experiences, go-to-market strategies, experiments, and AI-powered lead generation.
What you'll do

- Lead user research, in-market experimentation, generative AI optimization, and AI-powered lead generation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a cross-disciplinary team of 12–15, partnering with business, marketing, product, sales, and engineering leaders.
