Leads the Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance & Ethics design portfolios, managing designers and setting design strategy for complex risk and compliance experiences.

- Set design strategy and lead high-impact, complex projects in partnership with research, Product, and Tech leadership.
- Improve AML and Compliance experiences, including simplifying complex workflows and applying AI tools to improve efficiency.
