Leads product design work to create customer-centered digital and physical experiences, shape product strategy, and guide design practice.
What you'll do
- Lead design projects, delegate work, mentor designers, and strengthen the product design practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop design solutions and artifacts, including journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Use customer research, data, business insights, and technical constraints to influence product strategy and senior-level decisions.
