Leads product design work to create customer-centered digital and physical experiences, shape product strategy, and guide design practice in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Lead design projects, delegate work, mentor junior designers, and help mature the product design practice.
- Create design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Use customer research, data, business insights, and technical constraints to develop inclusive solutions and influence strategic decisions.
