What you'll do
- Analyze headcount, labor capacity, cost trends, budgets, and scenarios to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop presentations and financial narratives that communicate insights to senior audiences and influence business and financial outcomes.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to deliver analysis and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
