Leads and coordinates HR processes for the Global Payments HR Business Partner team, using talent data and feedback to support talent and performance management, client needs, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Analyze and report talent and survey data, prepare summaries for business leaders, and create custom reports as needed.
- Coordinate talent and performance calendars, communications, meetings, training materials, and related HR processes.
- Manage project work-streams and support HR Business Partners with client requests, process improvements, and Discover integration onto Capital One systems and processes.
