Supports HR business partners for Premium Products & Experiences and Capital One Shopping by coordinating talent and performance processes, reporting, and HR program implementation.
What you'll do
- Coordinate semi-annual talent and performance management cycles, including reporting and project management.
- Prepare HR data and customized reports, and summarize associate survey results with recommendations for business leaders.
- Maintain HR program playbooks and calendars, and communicate and implement process and policy updates.
