About the job
Designs and develops blended learning experiences and performance-support materials for Retail Banking teams, supporting learning needs analysis and measuring learning effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Create facilitator-led, digital, classroom, and other learning materials with subject-matter experts and project partners.
- Analyze learning needs, recommend appropriate formats, and support the ADDIE process and project reviews.
- Help measure and report on learning effectiveness and performance indicators.
