Develop and improve scalable, consistent payment experiences across Capital One platforms by defining product features and roadmaps and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Evaluate payment processes and implement improvements across areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market.
- Define acceptance criteria, break epics into features and user stories, and prioritize roadmaps using customer research and data.
- Coordinate with technology, design, data, and business partners to deliver payment products and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
