About the job
Develop and improve Capital One Trade Credit’s customer servicing platform, partnering with Operations and engineering to identify needs, build business cases, and deliver features for partner and customer lifecycle management.
What you'll do
- Identify platform enhancement opportunities with Operations stakeholders, develop business cases, and partner with engineering to deliver improvements.
- Define acceptance criteria and break business epics into features and user stories, aiming for a minimal viable product.
- Own and prioritize feature roadmaps, use data to assess business needs, and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
