What you'll do
- Represent Associate Enablement needs to product and tech teams and help shape the Volunteer Impact Portal roadmap.
- Grow the Community Champions program, manage associate support channels, and develop feedback mechanisms to improve enablement tools.
- Help scope, design, and assess the feasibility of an associate donations program.
