Leads the quarterly Card Allowance process and team, producing expected lifetime credit loss forecasts for executive stakeholders and coordinating governance and improvements across partner teams.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop associates; coordinate quarterly execution, governance, and second-line challenges across teams.
- Build and communicate credit loss forecasts using knowledge of underlying models and data, and engage stakeholders throughout the quarter.
- Identify improvements to forecasting and processes, and contribute to strategic team planning.
