What you'll do
- Create executive narratives from financial, volume, and operational metrics to influence senior leaders.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations on process consolidation, technology roadmaps, agentic workflows, and GenAI capabilities; develop demand and FTE models to realize savings.
- Coach and develop business analysts in analytical rigor, strategic influence, and executive communication.
