About the job
Provides transactional, regulatory, and strategic legal counsel for Capital One’s capital markets funding activities, including credit card and auto securitizations.
What you'll do
- Support capital markets transactions and advise Corporate Treasury on securities laws, regulations, agreements, and obligations.
- Support securitization funding platforms and SEC reporting compliance; establish and monitor controlled transaction and due diligence processes.
- Supervise process-oriented work by legal professionals and coordinate outside counsel.
