Advises Capital One’s US Card Customer Servicing and Strategy teams on compliance risks, regulatory requirements, controls, and changes to products and processes.
What you'll do
- Identify and assess compliance risks, advise on remediation, and provide effective challenge to business teams.
- Review control assessments, perform UDAAP validations, and participate in compliance testing and third-party compliance activities.
- Support compliance governance, reporting, and the development and maintenance of the Compliance Program.
