Leads the development of scalable machine learning, NLP, and AI products and models for payment-network use cases, including fraud, risk, merchant acceptance, and intelligence.
What you'll do
- Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-powered products.
- Design, train, evaluate, and validate machine learning and NLP models, including adapting and fine-tuning LLMs for customer-facing applications.
- Work with engineering teams to operationalize models in scalable production systems and communicate results in business terms.
