What you'll do
- Lead the executive search lifecycle, including market intelligence, sourcing, candidate cultivation, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Advise hiring teams and executives using market trends, research, analytics, and recruiting expertise.
- Coordinate stakeholders and partners to deliver a consistent candidate and client experience; mentor and coach teammates.
