Partners with HR leaders to shape and execute strategic priorities through executive governance, strategy development, organizational reporting, communications, culture initiatives, and AI-enabled process improvement.
What you'll do
- Drive HR Senior Leadership Team governance, meeting agendas, decision support, and alignment on the multi-year HR strategy.
- Define and report on objectives and organizational health metrics, translating insights into leadership communications and actionable outcomes.
- Develop culture initiatives and pilot responsible AI use in strategic operations workflows.

$177,700 - $202,800 USD base salary (McLean, VA); $161,500 - $184,300 USD base salary (Richmond, VA)
