What you'll do
- Plan connected studies and build governed user-intelligence resources to inform product planning and decisions.
- Lead rapid research and testing throughout product development, including discovery, concept, content, and usability testing.
- Partner with research operations, data teams, and designers to track UX metrics, triangulate evidence, and communicate findings.
