About the job
Provides legal counsel and strategic support to Capital One’s Multifamily Agency Finance business on lending transactions, agency program compliance, servicing, and related projects.
What you'll do
- Advise Agency Finance and internal partners on transactions, GSE and FHA requirements, policies, and compliance.
- Manage negotiation and interpretation of sub-servicing documentation for Freddie Mac securitizations; oversee outside counsel.
- Lead legal projects, training, industry and regulatory guidance, and process improvements with business and operations teams.

USD $200,700 - $229,100 annual base salary (McLean, VA); USD $219,000 - $249,900 annual base salary (New York, NY); USD $182,500 - $208,300 annual base salary (Richmond, VA)
