Provides legal counsel to Capital One’s cybersecurity and enterprise data teams on regulatory compliance, incident response, data risks, disclosures, and related business decisions.
What you'll do
- Advise business and technical stakeholders on cybersecurity and enterprise data matters, including incident response and technical risk management.
- Identify and manage legal risks involving data use, privacy, emerging technology, and data governance; monitor related legal and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and technical teams, and support cybersecurity and eData disclosures, regulatory filings, and executive reporting.
