Provides legal strategy and commercial deal and product counsel to support growth of the Discover Global Payment Network across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.
What you'll do
- Advise on commercial relationships, contracts, and risk identification and mitigation; negotiate, draft, and guide implementation of commercial agreements.
- Support credit, fintech, and payment innovation initiatives, and the development and maintenance of network products, rules, contracts, and ecosystem.
- Partner with business, legal, Risk, and Compliance teams and support process improvements, including contract template improvements.
