About the job
Leads the architecture and delivery of scalable AI platforms and production systems, applying foundation models and emerging AI capabilities to customer and associate products.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, deploy, and support AI components, including foundation-model training, LLM inference, agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, and model evaluation.
- Set technical direction and improve the performance, reliability, safety, and transparency of enterprise AI systems.
- Lead multi-year platform initiatives and mentor senior technical leaders across research, data, and engineering.
