Underwrites and reviews small business commercial loans, assesses credit risk, and helps structure lending decisions in line with bank policy and borrower needs.
What you'll do
- Underwrite new loan requests, renewals, annual reviews, and credit assessments, including loans up to $10MM.
- Structure loan requests with Small Business Bankers, recommend commercial loan risk ratings, and provide service to internal partners.
- Support policy and compliance adherence, identify underwriting or risk-management improvements, and contribute to training and special projects.
