Oversees loan and investor servicing operations, controls, reporting, and process improvements for the Loan Operations Team.
What you'll do
- Manage loan and investor-level servicing, exception maintenance, payment processing, index uploads, and related approvals.
- Review loan documents and reports, mitigate operational risk, and support associates, customers, investors, attorneys, and internal partners.
- Lead testing and implementation of system functionality and processes to streamline or automate manual tasks.
