Manages cross-functional projects and operational activities that support, scale, and improve Capital One’s luxury travel programs and hotel partner experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver project scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder updates; manage risks and cross-team impacts.
- Support luxury travel program operations, including partner onboarding timelines, the hotelier portal, and communications across the partner customer journey.
- Set partner SLAs and performance standards, track commitments, and identify opportunities to improve or automate processes using data and trends.
