- Lead multiple Agile engineering teams and portfolios, setting strategic direction and delivering large-scale initiatives.
- Guide design and implementation of reliable distributed and cloud-native systems, and align engineering roadmaps with enterprise goals.
- Develop engineering leaders, mentor teams, and contribute to code or code evaluation as needed.
