Partners with Capital One’s Audit & Risk teams to shape and deliver people strategy, HR solutions, workforce planning, and core talent processes.
What you'll do
- Consult with business clients and HR partner groups to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting aligned with business needs.
- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning; support performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.
- Coach managers and advise senior leaders on leadership, performance, inclusion, belonging, and team effectiveness.
