Own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a fine-grained access-control solution for the enterprise HR data ecosystem, while helping shape its broader strategy.
What you'll do
- Define and implement a consistent Attribute-Based Access Control approach to secure HR data by geography, sensitivity, and data domain.
- Partner with eData platform teams to deliver a secure, compliant, scalable data-access solution.
- Contribute to People Data leadership and enterprise HR data ecosystem strategy.
