Leads Global Payment Network’s AI use-case strategy and delivery pipeline, building shared knowledge infrastructure and scaling governed AI solutions from pilot to production.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across Product, Tech, and Business, managing them from ideation through production.
- Oversee the GPN Knowledge Base and Context Engine, coordinating requirements, documentation, and validated context across 15+ functions.
- Track adoption and ROI, and create scalable playbooks to move use cases from pilot to business-as-usual.
