About the job
Leads physical security strategy, incident response, risk mitigation, and security operations for Capital One’s U.S. retail branches and, in partnership, cafes.
What you'll do
- Set retail physical security strategy and develop controls, tests, compliance programs, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead incident response and recovery, security projects, training, and a team of Regional Security Leads.
- Oversee guard vendor performance and build partnerships with retail stakeholders, law enforcement, and security experts.
