Develop and manage enterprise patent and IP strategy, protecting software and AI innovations through patent prosecution, invention harvesting, and practical legal counseling.
What you'll do
- Set patent portfolio strategy, lead invention harvesting, and counsel technical teams on IP.
- Draft and prosecute patent applications; manage outside counsel and AI-enabled portfolio workflows.
- Advise on patent and broader IP matters, including trade secrets, copyright, litigation, licensing, partnerships, open source, and acquisitions.
