What you'll do
- Lead role assessments, map job duties to FLSA exemption criteria, and document classification results.
- Oversee compliance governance, including monthly steering committees and business reviews on classification progress, time-tracking trends, and legislative changes.
- Partner with Legal, HR, Compensation, Payroll, and business stakeholders; improve classification methods and deliver FLSA training.
