About the job
Build and lead the technical direction of an enterprise AI platform for AI-assisted data analysis, developing scalable model, agent, and infrastructure capabilities for business users.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI components and large-scale production systems, including model inference, agents, evaluation, and observability.
- Set enterprise AI architecture direction, including model routing, caching, orchestration, tooling, and deployment standards.
- Optimize AI training and inference for scalability, cost, latency, throughput, and hardware utilization; mentor teams and promote responsible AI practices.

Pay
$244,700 - $279,200 USD base salary (Remote); $269,100 - $307,200 USD base salary (Cambridge, MA); $269,100 - $307,200 USD base salary (McLean, VA); $293,600 - $335,100 USD base salary (New York, NY); $293,600 - $335,100 USD base salary (San Francisco, CA); $293,600 - $335,100 USD base salary (San Jose, CA)
