Build and lead foundational AI systems and architecture that power scalable, responsible AI products and experiences across Capital One.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, deploy, and support AI components, including foundation-model training, LLM inference, agents, model evaluation, and observability.
- Set enterprise AI architecture and technical direction, including model routing, caching, orchestration, and deployment standards.
- Optimize production AI systems for scalability, cost, latency, throughput, and hardware utilization; mentor teams and promote responsible AI practices.
