What you'll do
- Own delivery architecture across customer communication channels; build resilience, compliance safeguards, cybersecurity, telemetry, and analytics.
- Lead migration from legacy messaging systems to a unified platform, including orchestration, integrations, and build-versus-buy/vendor strategy.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, establish standards and automations, and promote technical practices across the organization.
