Execute healthcare M&A and strategic advisory transactions, supporting financial analysis, due diligence, client deliverables, and deal closing.
What you'll do
- Prepare and analyze financial information, models, and business valuations; conduct industry and company due diligence.
- Create client presentations, memoranda, and research publications; attend client meetings and contribute to pitches.
- Develop client relationships and assist with managing and mentoring Analyst team members.
